Ugly Swan offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied please return your brush for a full refund (please note we don't refund postage and return postage will be at your expense). To enquire about a refund please email customercare@uglyswan.com.au 

We quality check all our products before packaging, however, occasionally a fault may occur. This would normally happen within the first two weeks. We do not accept product returns due to change of mind or after 14 days due to hygiene reasons. General wear and tear is not covered under faulty workmanship.

Hands down the best hair brushes I have ever used. I have fine hair that tangles very easily, for most of my life I have kept my hair short because of the pain caused with normal hair brushes.
