I have very long, thick and quite frizzy hair that gets knotty. This brush is amazing, it doesn't pull your hair out but it gets the knots out still, amazing brush. Definitely recommend for people with little girls that get tangled hair, I'm 30 and it's so much nicer for me!

Bought these hair brushes for my daughters, granddaughters and grandson. My 6 year old granddaughter has long thick wavy hair and performs every time we brush her hair. She would rather walk around looking like she has just walked threw a gause bush than brush her hair. First brush with this amazing brush, not a peep sat happily and let us brush her hair. The only thing I regret was not videoing her with another brush and then the Ugly Swan so impressed and she loves it as do all my daughters. My granddaughter also told me it was easy to clean as well. My grandson had terrible cradle cap and using the smaller Ugly Swan brush regularly has cleared it up. Soft enough to use on a toddlers scalp but also massages the scalp. So impressed with this brush I have let all my extended family know about it, especially those with young children, a real game-changer. My niece has just ordered one for her girl. My youngest daughter has sensory issues and usually hates having her hair brush. This often meant her hair simply went unbrushed which for a girl with wild curly hair wasn't so great. When I saw the screamfree brush I was a bit sceptical but desperate enough to give it a go especially given it specifically mentioned it being effective for kids with sensory issues. Having now received and used the brush I can say it was definitely worth it. I am now able to brush my youngest daughters hair which has taken a bit of pressure off and left her looking much more presentable! She also loves trying to use it to brush her own hair. Her older sister who often complained while having her hair brush also loves this brush because it doesn't hurt. Somehow it manages to detangle without pulling at the tangles so hairbrushing isn't a painful experience. I would highly recommend, especially for parents of kids who have sensory issues and refuse to have their hair brushed - it's a game changer!

I got the smaller kids brush as you had sold out of the bigger brushes in the colour we wanted at the time. The smaller Brush still hurt my daughters head, the funny shaped handle hurt my hands and was uncomfortable to brush with. Really was disappointed with it and we have stopped using it.

Love the flexi. After having the maxi for a few years, which was great for me but my daughter kept complaining I was wondering what all the fuss was about these brushes. Just didn't work for my 10 year old with sensory issues. Decided to give the flexi a go and wow, it's made a world of difference. It's the only brush my daughter will use now and she complains far far less (still complains a little, but we can at least get her hair brushed each day now!). I quickly bought another one!

Mu 11 ear old son has beautiful shoulder length curly blond hair. But it's very fine and he doesn't like having it brushed very much. Previously I had a special hairbrush and de tangler from my hairdresser, but that brush is no way near as effective as yours is. We're not completely scream free, but definitely so much better.

My cousin raved about these hairbrushes. I’ve had heaps of trouble brushing my 3 year olds hair- she hates it and it’s generally not a pleasant experience all around. So, I ordered one of these hairbrushes- I’ll admit I was sceptical, but thought I’d give it a go anyway.
I wasn’t prepared for how good it would be. My daughter loves it (she has even snuck into the bathroom at night to go and get this hairbrush from the shelf) and for the first time ever really, I’ve been able to put her hair into ponytails and plaits. I’ve ordered another 2 brushes now as a safety net for when this one goes missing as she insists on taking it around with her.

Genuinely surprised by how nice this brush made my fine, pin straight hair feel.
